	DDEML.DLL    - Dynamic data exchange library
	VBRUN300.DLL - Visual Basic Runtime DLL

These files must be in the directory with MONOCTRL.EXE, or
alternatively in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
(You may already have some of the Visual Basic files)
